i was working at a wood shop a few years ago
and one of the old guys the uses the shop told me
he had some old black&white photos of some -Hells Angels-
he knew from school. i expected some shitty snapshots or maybe
even some random biker photos. it took him about a year or so to
dig em up. he took em in 1967 and had stashed them shortly after.
so one day he comes in the shop and calls me over and opens up
a folder and the photos layed out before me are the beautiful
8x10 photos that you see below. i was floored.
how often do you get to see shots like this that you have never seen.
and i got the story from how it all went down:
Mike said he was driving his 60's chevy van on slyline in the
Oakland hills. as he rounded a corner he saw all the bikes scattered about
and a few club members he had went to school with. mike happened to have his
camera with him because he was out shooting photos anyway. he said his
hello's to his friends and clicked away. they were out filming "hells angels
on wheels" and hadstopped to change film.
enjoy max
and a special thanks to Mike Serpa for the photos
how cool is to see a photo of sonny barger that you have never seen

righteous knuckle. check the the springer extension.
mike says all the girls wore a lot "paint on there faces"
