tobin yelland photo. 1991. that makes john 16or17yrs old in this photo.
tobin was smart enough in the early 90's to point the camera at skaters when they
were off their boards too. i think he captured some of the best times with
some of the
purest skaters.

That's a classic! I agree with Tobin skills to capture everything on and off skateboard.
i had the black label ad with that photo on my bedroom wall. the rawest (not a real word, but what adjective fits better?) dude to ever set foot on a skateboard.

I got this print from tobin of jason jesse working on cars. I have wondered, IS THAT YOUR CAR IN THE SHOT MAX? I have had this photo for years and when I saw that photo you in road course some how I thought maybe that is the same car.
