That guy looks like Jim Jones . . . pass the cool aid
If my memory serves me well, there's a Sportster in that issue built by some guy in middle American that's rad. Little dual headlights, funkified riser/bar combo., a tiger tail on the tank, and a great Cobra seat with a little nubber on the back. Or maybe it's a different issue.
