No shit, my friend bought this shit when we were in like 9th grade...(his brothers and I laughed our asses off).. he was fucking HUGE in like a year; we would stack all the weights we could find to the ends of the bar, kept bending the fuck outta cheap-ass bars. Sounds crazy; but this shit really did work. (PRE-roids!)
