It's a cool picture, but the ss and swastikas really fuck everything up. i know that you guys aren't nazis, but it's such a bummer to see all of this stuff. whether it's 88 or 18, or the lightning bolts, or swastikas and ss letters, you're doing yourself a huge disservice by glorifying that shit. yeah, the hells angels do it, cool, whatever. don't you have any friends that are jewish or black or anything other than white? do you think that this shit would bother them. i know that riding a bike is about not giving a fuck, but damn, max, the nazi stuff is really weak

barry-
glorifying lighting bolts is bad?
this isn't max's artwork so save your crying for the artist. Your p.c. and good for you. Symbols. History. Force fed ideas/ideals. Personally I'm offended by the shape of the continental U.S. and the number 7000.
Call the Oprah hot line and notify her
about this topic a.s.a.p.

Dearest "Barry", I too am shocked & dismayed by Mr. Schaaf's total lack of sensitivity & disregard for your feelings as a Lesbian/Gay/Bisexual/Transgender/Nigerian/Handicapped/Holocaust-Survivor/Student-activist.
Please give me your address, we can totally hang out, listen to Sleater-Kinney, drink soy-chai-latte's & act as thought-police webtrolls. Perhaps we can finally sort out this AWFUL 18 business you refer to. I would like to show you my ball-peen hammer as well.

The Swastika has been re-appropriated many times. I guess it's about time it happened again. I assume most of the club guys wore Nazi regalia as a way to disturb the squares. Seems to still work.
