The first board I ever had I bought at a garage sale...a Chicago deal with clay wheels. I then proceeded to race across my apartment parking lot against a nieghbor kid on his Nash Executioner. I ate shit and wound up picking rocks out of my knees and arms. Been hooked ever since. 25 years later, still chargin.

More like '60's. We thought it was cool when you wore them clay wheels down to almost the bearings. Low profile.
