Roger Corman found inspiration for The Wild Angels in Life magazine, which featured a photo of the funeral of Mother Miles. Saw the movie when it first debuted in Monterey, and the line to ticket booth was fairly long. Knew a couple of guys in the Losers M/C before they dispersed/patched over. BTW, am webmaster for Davie Allan & The Arrows (soundtrack for movie).
