i think the myth comes from , bad news often arrived on motorbike in war times as that was the fastest practical transport around, and those bikes were green ! so green bike bad luck ,this is what i was told
I put over 120,000 carefree miles on a green bagger some years ago. The myth is just that. Bitch only left me stranded one time due to the ever-present EVO cam bearing issue.

hope not. ive got a friend who rides his motorbike like he has a death wish. i just painted it green.

I learned a long time ago from my dad and his many brothers green bikes are doomed!Dont buy one, dont ride one even if its been repainted!
