just finished these up.
thanks to my friend derik for
letting me use his booth at night,
(the fridge at his shop is the ultimate.. tecate,
string cheese, cokes, and a mass of salami)
the flame light blue tank on the far left of the table
was painted in the 60's.....it was falling apart and i just
cleared and sanded it a thousand times. it really is an amazing tank,
filled with tons of blems, repairs, and fuck-ups but filled with soul.
gonna hate to see em all go.

The tanks look flawless, Max.
And I know exactly how you feel but you are creating something for someone who isn't capable of doing so... In the end, it is priceless. But I am sure who ever it is going to, they will treasure it.

having seen what goes into one of these things, i can't believe how many you painted. they're beautiful, like faberge eggs that hold gas!
Amazing job('s) as always bro!
Really dig those paint jobs. Wish one was for me.
Looks great Max. The peacock feathers are pretty bad ass. Want to paint the roof of my Rivi like that?! Keep it going.
Eye candy.
Max,Too bad you can't just put a bike under each and
every one of them.. and keep a few.
Those are soo awesome!
One of those paint jobbys would make a really good board graphic Max.
F'ing AMAZING! Your stuff looks better every time I see it. Seeing em' all together like that looks insane.
Like someone said before, it looks like an art gallery...that I'd actually be interested in, insane work, job well done.
Your work is rad, is there a way I can send you a tank to be done?
8 Is Enough! You are possessed my friend. Yo, the outlaw show at Geneva & Bayshore was pretty rockin Saturday.
