I was there. Eugene. It had to be '85-'86, cause I couldn't drive yet. Hosoi was my favorite skater at the time, and all my buddies were running around getting Johnny Kopp's autograph, and telling me he was Hosoi. That was the best comp ever. My first experience with Pro Skaters which was a big deal to me at the time. Also, my first experience with "Sticker Throws". I remember scanning the Trasher Mag daily trying to find my face or shoe or something in the background. Great photo.
