Pits get treated better when their ears and tails aren't cropped & docked. People don't even know they're pits and are cool to them like any other dog rather than walking to the other side of the street.
I'm afraid my buddy and his girl are headed down the same path of loss as you shortly with their big happy pit Max- he's 14. I got to hang out with him on Friday night and Saturday and he's really slowing down and has the bad cataracts. Fucking downer man.
