jesse martinez had a mustache, could kick your ass, and could really boogie on a board. his ramp part in "rubbish heap" was one of my favorites. look how obscure skating got in this photo.

Just the way it sounds when he skates that ramp is unbeliveable.

ahh yes, the 80's "street skating"...launch ramps, flatland handplants, and wall rides.
I did a demo back in '87 with jesse and johnny kopp somewhere in burbank, i think. dude could launch some large schyte off a street ramp back then.
I loved that Rubbish Heap part, too. Solid tough guy style.
the mess will stab you with a pen....and then pray about it tomorrow morning. one of a kind.
